At Sol Works, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this custom production process, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for size, color selection, or change of mind.

That said, we stand behind the quality of what we create.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mysolworks.com. Include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Sizing

All items are made to order. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing, as we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
