Refunds & Replacements @ Sol Works, your experience matters deeply to us. We partner with a trusted fulfillment company to create and ship our products with care. While we don’t hold inventory ourselves (we dropship), we’re here to make sure everything you receive meets the high standards we stand behind. 

🔁 Refund & Replacement Eligibility: Misprinted, Damaged, Defective. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. To start a claim, email us at hello@mysolworks.com with: Your order number, a brief description of the issue, and Clear photos of the product or packaging. If approved, we’ll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund within 3 business days.

🚫 What We Can’t Replace or Refund: Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, Unclaimed packages or missed deliveries, Buyer's remorse, Refused packages at customs or failure to pay duties, Orders already prepared for shipment, Discontinued or long out-of-stock items, FedEx deliveries that are undeliverable or abandoned

📦 Returns & Exchanges We cannot accept returned items directly. If you need a return, you’ll need to provide a valid U.S. return address. We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

💳 Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to post.
